The founders and the team

The time was ripe for more creativity and innovation in human resource development.

Madeleine Yoran and Sabine Zelm founded yuii Business-Training in 2011 with the idea of bringing more “freshness and agility” to the coaching and training market.

The Managing Directors continue to be leading trainers and coaches for yuii. But they are not alone!

In the meantime, yuii works with a network of experienced trainers and coaches. The yuii team shares the yuii philosophy and passion for innovative tools and methods. We look forward to working with you!
