Kaja supports organisations in making operational processes leaner and more sustainable. Her focus is on leadership and team development as well as training in communication and time management. Kaja is convinced that the basis for success and efficiency of a company is trust, appreciation and diversity. In trainings and workshops, Kaja loves to develop new ideas together with the participants, to question the conventional, to build images of the future, to define problems, to dig out causes and design solutions. The basis of her work is her practical experience in process management and human resources. She brings in-depth experience as a manager and in-house trainer for companies such as DHL Express and Berliner Wasserbetriebe.
Qualification
- Diploma in Economics (International Business Administration) / Master of Aviation Management
- 10 years professional experience as a manager and in-house trainer, including at DHL Express.
- Various in-house trainings, including Facilitator training, Lean Senior Advisor training, Train the Trainer for Leadership training modules, Coaching from GROW
- Training focus: Leadership and team development, lean management, change management
