For the KOSTAL Group, the promotion and further development of its own internal talent is a major concern. Therefore, the “Junior Development Centre” (JDC) was launched in 2019 with a firm focus on internal junior managers and their development. Prospective managers not only go through an internal development centre, but also receive targeted management training that is intended to make them fit for the challenges of their future management work.
For the trainings, KOSTAL sought a training provider who is particularly familiar with the challenges of young managers and is able to deliver helpful tools and techniques in a contemporary and experience-oriented way.
